The year 2008 it was when the mega cricket event began 'IPL' The Indian Premier League. The reason it is said to be a blessing for Indian cricket is pretty obvious. The league has produced bunch of top quality cricketers over the last 8 years. This doesn't mean that before IPL, it was a bad scenario for domestic players but just the international exposure it has given to the domestic players. Players like Ambati Rayudu, R. Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Piyush Chawla, Mohit Sharma and the list goes on. It also helped players like Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma to reestablish them selves. The league has also helped many overseas players like Shane Watson, Shaun Marsh, David Miller, David Warner, Kieron Pollard to name a few. All the players participating in this league are using their experience to perform better for their National teams. This (2K15) was the 8th season of the IPL and you can definitely say that it is getting better year after year. We can expect many more top class players from India and other countries to emerge from the IPL..!!!
